kitchen remodeling & design-build services in mclean, va
A kitchen that works the way your family actually lives.
Most McLean kitchens I walk into are not small, they are just closed off. The house was built when the kitchen was meant to be tucked away, and now it is the room everyone stands in. Rosewood does the design and the build in-house, so when we talk about taking down a wall to open the kitchen to the family room, I already know what is load-bearing and what it costs to carry the beam. We handle the Fairfax County permitting and the inspections, and we keep one team on your project from the first set of drawings to the last cabinet pull. You are not translating between a designer and a contractor who have never met.
What Sets Us Apart
Design and build together
The layout, the cabinetry, and the framing are all planned by the same team, so nothing gets lost between the drawing and the job site.
We know McLean homes
Many here were built to close the kitchen off. We open them up while keeping the structure and the flow right.
Real budgets, early
You see honest numbers before demolition, tied to the finishes you actually chose.
Clean job sites
People still live in these homes during the work, so we protect the rest of the house and keep the site in order.
